SCM was created by the Syracuse Urban Partnership, a nonprofit under the Allyn Family Foundation, and is all about food, culture, and people building generational wealth doing what they love. The Market features 10 independently-owned food stalls, a cafe & bar, retail space, grocery store, community room, teaching kitchen, and playground.
